Open Grief Support Group

When: Monday from 5:30 - 6:30pm

Where: VNA & Hospice Offices at 38 Pleasant St. in Springfield, VT

This group is open to anyone who is grieving the loss of loved one. Come as often as you want. We gather to offer one another companionship, support and education as we journey with our grief.
